Title: Another newbie here
Post by: krabee on September 06, 2017, 10:45:18 PM
Hello everyone, I have recently purchased a Volkswagen LT35 (2006) and am about to embark on my conversion with little to no experience. I will be so grateful for any advice you may be able to lend me over the coming months. I'm so incredibly excited!

Greetings and Welcome!

We're here to help with anything you need.  Over the years I've helped build dozens of camper vans, and have lived in one for over 20 years myself.  I think I've made every mistake in the book and then some, but found solutions that actually work to replace all the mistakes I made.  Today, my van is as comfortable as any house or apartment could be, and at a fraction of the cost.

My work takes me north in the winter, and south in the summer, so I'm pretty well versed with dealing with both the heat and the cold.  I have a fully functioning kitchen, and my own toilet & shower.

Done right, vans can be incredibly comfortable campers, so give a shout for anything  you need.  I try to check in here regularly.

Cheers!
