Hello fellow can dwellers or soon to be van dwellers!

We have been planning our year long adventure to travel and live by van in Europe and have some questions about insurance, both auto and travel/medical. We will most likely be purchasing our van in either the UK, the Netherlands or Germany. We were wondering if you guys would have any suggestions on where it would be easiest to buy and insure a van and also what you guys use for travel/ medical insurance while you are traveling. I know it's different in every country so it could be hard to narrow down. Hoping you guys could give us some insight, direction and advice as we prepare to embark on our journey. And any advice beyond these questions are always welcomed What's things are necessary and what things to leave at home. We are limited to what we can back.  We are new to this whole thing and need as much help as we can get! We will be leaving from Washington and will only have 200lbs to bring with us. Thanks!!
