Greetings!

I think storage units are a much better idea than getting rid of everything immediately.  Some people, even though they have been full timing for years, still keep a storage unit so they can trade out summer and winter items.

We'll be looking forward to your progress reports.

Cheers!

It seems like Iím spending money like water right now. My van needs some work done and Iím trying to get it taken care of before I have to move. Iím giving my apartment notice today and that puts me out of here on the 30th. I still need to get the platform for the bed built though that will only take me an afternoon at most. This move is consuming my life but Iíve rarely felt more alive. I think this is the right decision and even if it only lasts for the summer itíll be worth it.

Greetings!

Get the mechanical stuff sorted out first, everything else can be done on a pretty small budget.  I've got under $300 in my total camper package, and I have everything including a toilet and a shower.  (I did buy a lot of stuff used, and even  got some free off Craigslist and street corners...)

Let me know where you're at, I may be able to help source some cheap resources for you.

Cheers!

Iím in S. Seattle area. Thereís a ton of places to get stuff Iím sure but Iím new to the area and have no idea where to look or even to search google for. Plus Iím lazy after a long days work and donít want to drive and scavenge.

The tie rods and alignment are done and the exhaust issues will be taken care of next pay check. Iím have windows that open and I donít drive far.

The bed supports are being built this weekend.

I put in the 30 day notice with the apartment manager today. No turning back now.
