We are a couple from Seattle, Washington looking at purchasing a converted van. What do we need to go about purchasing a vehicle in the Netherlands without being an EU citizen? We may have someone who is willing to hold the registration but would we be able to purchase insurance under our name?? We would not like to ask a friend to hold insurance as well as the registration as that is a lot to ask of someone. Please help us as we are in Utrecht (2nd night here now) trying to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!

Be aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply to non-EU residents purchasing geometry dash and registering a vehicle.
