Hi. guys & gals
some advice needed by us newbies

we have just got our first almost complete camper (fiat scudo)
all it needs is the cooker & table fitting as per DVLA regulations

for the insurance as part project
we have been told we need an independent valuation & an engineers report
anybody have any ideas on this.......
