Boo, am back....

Where to start, any ideas of the best place to get panels (and sizes), live in Bristol UK.  Have seen can get them ready cut for my PE, seen someone on here knows someone in Bristol... But cant find it . 

Then best way to add insulation, your ideas mean a lot, as am sure you all have your different ways and reasons why.  Did you use Styrofoam?

Also what is the best air vent in your opinion and why?  Looking at getting a silver windshield too... Any options on whats the best one, or does this not really matter for this?
