Hi everyone

So i bought a CTEK 250S for my van.
Ive installed it and everything works very well.

One question. Does the CTEK unit protect my starterbattery?

All of my gadgets are connected to the household battery in the van, but can they end up draining my starter battery via the CTEK unit?

Greetings!

If it's connected correctly and working correctly it should.

Well i aint no expert in motor electrics mr CamperDan
But i simply just connected the starter battery to the CTEK unit, i put in a 25amp fuse in between.
I connected the CTEK with my household battery with a 25 amp fuse as well.
I grounded the household battery well, and connected the negative pole to the CTEK unit as well.
All my gadgets are directy connected to the household battery (with various fuses as well of course).

Does that seem right? :)

Yes, as long as the current is flowing in the right direction through the CTEK, you should be good to go.
