Hi, considering buying a Piaggio Ape 50 for a project and will probably require cutting the side panels of the van to make new doors for access. Not sure where to start so can anyone point me in the right direction, maybe an online guide of how to cut the side panels and turn then in to doors, complete with how to fit hinges, seals and locks? I can see plenty of online help for cutting out side walls in vans and fitting windows but not quite sure how to go about making a good seal for a door/hatch.

Any help or tips greatly appreciated. Thanks.
