Hi all,
My partner and I have recently bought our first van, Val.
We are planning on driving around Europe for a year (ish!) in her. She is a Mercedes Sprinter, professionally converted however until recently there was an extra wall three quarters of the way down with bunk beds screwed in.
We have taken them down as we're planning on building a double bed for us both in the back. We have a storage area so far, a corner style sofa (pull out bed thing) and a sink/hob unit.

At the moment i'm struggling to find insurance on a half professional half DIY conversion for 365 days in Europe.

Any suggestions?
