Van Conversion / Looking for the perfect VAN

Hello all, just gonna poke around a little and look for info on having a Conversion Van, I have a 2012 Ram truck right now and it is my everyday ride! Looking either to keep it or trade it in for a Van that i can Tow with and sleep and haul a sailboat with and my Fatbikes I do moutain bike 4 times a week! I hang at a lake all summer long it would be nice to crash at the lake if it starts to rain! I was wanting to find something that got more than 11mpg too!
