Okay guys I'm new to this forum stuff. But I'm in the process of turning my 2004 gmc cargo van into a full time living quarter. Anybody that has done it before with this van or any van your advise is greatly appreciated. I've got the insulation (for insulation I spray foamed) sub floor and walls up. Having hard time thinking about cabinets and bed placement. I would like to have a little 1 burner stove, little sink, mini fridge, microwave, and enough cabinets for food and my clothes. I will post some picture of what I got later on. Thanks in advance.
If you are planning off grid living then a microwave will need lots of power. Also plan water and water disposal and how much water you need per day. I think one awesome inch has a similar van to what you are converting, check out his youtube vids.
Alright yeah I will check them out! Already planned just about whole plan for off grid living think I got it pretty much to the T but always like to hear others inputs!
Take a look at my van, hopefully, it will give you some ideas.

Best advice I ever got was to keep as much as possible portable, and not to have any plumbing if there is a chance of being where it might freeze.
