Hi, I'm a wannabe van converter in the UK. Hoping to get some advice from you experienced van converters...I really don't want a van that runs on diesel, mainly for environmental reasons. I've heard of people converting their vans to run on LPG but here in the UK a lot of fuel stations are removing their LPG pumps so it doesn't seem to be a practical option. Does anyone know of a petrol van that would be (a) reliable ie not need tons of repairs and money spent on keeping it roadworthy and (b) big enough for a couple and almost-teenager? Would need to be high enough for 6ft2 partner to stand up in! I've looked around online but finding a LWB high roof model that isn't diesel seems to be a tough ask. Oh, and budget is an issue (deffo no more than £10k, preferably less than £7k). Any recommendations gratefully received!
Greetings & Welcome!
I'm in the USA, so not much help, but just wanted to welcome you and let you that people are reading your message, and hopefully somebody can help.
Good Luck & keep us posted!
Thanks Dan :)
