I have been living in my van summers since 2007 and I Winter in India. With the current situation I think India is off for winter 20/21. I am thinking of taking my VW Transporter van, not a motorhome, through Europe. Any recommendations on getting insurance with at least 6 months European cover.

I have not driven in Europe before. Are there any requirements I should be thinking about?
